Please note that our processing times are now extended from 5-7 business days to 10 business days during times of sales, promotions, and holidays. We know that you are excited to ride the sea moss wave - we appreciate your patience.
Your product is made fresh to order. Your order is insulated and shipped priority mail. We provide you with an estimated delivery date so you can retrieve your order as soon as possible. Please place in the refrigerator upon arrival and wait overnight for your Sea Moss Gel to become firm again before use.

When Placing an Order:
You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Unless otherwise requested, your shipping charges will include insurance. If you decline insurance, The Gel Goddess will not be liable for any loss or damage once your order is received by USPS.
Please make sure your shipping information is correct. If a package is returned for any reason other than our error, the customer will be responsible for the additional charges.
Your product isn't made until you place your order. There is an expected amount of time between the date an order is placed and when it is shipped. This processing time is to ensure maximum freshness. It includes time for the Gel Goddess to wash, soak, and whip your order to perfection! Then, our team packs and ships your order with care.
Once Your Order Has Shipped:
Orders are shipped daily on business days, Mon-Thurs. During the summer months, there will be no shipping except on Monday thru Wednesday to keep your Sea Moss Gel Products from sitting in a hot storage facility all weekend.
We use priority shipping for all orders. Once shipped, we will provide you with your tracking number, an estimated date of arrival, and carrier contact details to follow your package. Remember, once your order is shipped, the carrier becomes fully responsible for delivery. Inclement weather and other unexpected events might result in a slight delay of your products. The Gel Goddess is not liable for any issues arising from any other party once your order has successfully dispatched to the carrier. This includes damaged, delayed, lost, or stolen shipments.
Once you receive your tracking number, simply go to usps.com and input your number into the USPS online tracking tool. If there are any issues with your package once it has shipped, contact USPS: 1(800) 275-8777.
Due to the perishable nature of our sea moss, these products cannot be returned or exchanged once received. Thank you for understanding this condition. Our sea moss gel products are FINAL SALE.
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. Please promptly contact us with any issues (defective product or premature spoilage) so we can make them right as quickly as possible.
If there is an error with your order (missing an item or you were sent something you did not order), please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days or receipt. We will replace incorrect items with the originally ordered item with proof of error.
If you do not alert us to an issue with your order within 3 business days, after 3 business days all sales are final.
