Let me take a minute to introduce myself. My name is Isis, and like the Egyptian goddess, I am a health practitioner- a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience.
As a registered nurse who didn’t develop allergies until after my 50th trip around the sun, I tried many manmade antihistamines before realizing I needed to go back to the basics and trust the Earth. After researching natural holistic health remedies, I found Sea Moss!
Sea Moss is vegan-friendly. I follow a plant-based diet, so this was very important to me. It has 92 of the body’s 102 minerals and when prepared in a gel, is made with three simple ingredients: sea moss, water, and lime. Irish moss is known for having a strong, sea-like smell and flavor, but I clean and soak my sea moss to make it more refreshing. I make a sea moss gel that is odorless and tasteless. This makes it easier to add to your diet!
Since I’ve started taking sea moss gel my sinuses are finally under control. Irish Sea Moss is an awesome natural decongestant. I take 2-3 teaspoons daily by mixing it either in my tea, coffee or a smoothie. After encouraging so many of my family members and friends to add it to their diet, I decided to share what I’ve learned and give back by making it for others.
